Mourning Star

Mourning Star is an endless runner game in which you play as a fallen angel: a star condemned to travel the path from heaven, fighting angels and enduring ever greater torments from above.

The goal of the game is to achieve an increasingly higher score by progressing through the route and defeating enemies using a set of abilities. The difficulty increases as the game progresses, and the player decides what changes in the game through dual progression choices: a buff and a debuff.

The game was created for KomiksGameJam2k26 by a two-person team. The uploaded build is the result of 48 hours of work and is the jam version.
